4. Intellectual Property and Copyright Compliance

CRITICAL NOTICE: VaultifyAI provides tools for downloading content from social media platforms. However, downloading copyrighted content without authorization from the rights holder is illegal and violates intellectual property laws.

4.1. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring that:

4.3. Personal Use Only

Downloaded content is for personal, non-commercial use only unless you have explicit written authorization from the copyright owner for commercial use.

4.4. No Authorization from Third Parties

VaultifyAI does not provide authorization to download content from third-party platforms. We do not grant you any rights to download, use, or distribute content. You must obtain all necessary rights and permissions directly from the content owner or rights holder.

4.5. Platform Terms of Service

You must comply with the terms of service of all social media platforms from which you download content, including but not limited to:

• Instagram's Terms of Use
• Twitter/X's Terms of Service

Violating platform terms of service may result in legal action against you by the platform or content owners.

4.6. Our Limitation of Liability

VaultifyAI is not responsible for your use of downloaded content. We do not monitor, verify, or validate the copyright status of content you download. You are solely liable for any copyright infringement or other legal violations resulting from your use of the service.

4.7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VaultifyAI, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of copyright laws, intellectual property rights, or these Terms of Service.

5. User Conduct

In addition to the intellectual property requirements above, you agree not to:

6. Subscription and Payments

Premium subscription terms:

• Subscriptions are available in weekly, monthly, and yearly plans.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device account settings or the Subscription Management screen in the app.
• After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period; no partial refunds for unused time.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play policies.
• Prices may vary by region and are shown clearly before purchase; we may update pricing with prior notice where required.
• Premium features include: ad-free experience, unlimited batch downloads, and full profile downloads.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available through VaultifyAI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of VaultifyAI and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

8. Limitation of Liability

VaultifyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to:
